Western Europe Project

Hi Everyone,

The Western European celebration is coming up!

The students will be assigned their projects today and we will begin working on them in the library next week. If all the projects are completed by MONDAY JUNE 7, we will have a European Culture Celebration on Tuesday June 8. Thank you for your support!

Please send your child into school on Wednesday with a blank large poster-board for them to use in creating their projects.

I will need to know by Thursday of next week which dish they will be bringing in to share with the class.

New Unit! Western Europe

Students will get back their Latin America tests today.

We will begin the Western Europe unit today. Homework tonight is to complete pg. 4 in the new Western Europe packet.

Homework: South America

Complete pg. 6 in the Brazil/Andes Mountain packet. You are to describe where in South America you would like to visit AND pretend that you are there and write a postcard to a friend at home about your experience.

We are finished with Brazil and will now begin preparing for our Latin America Unit Exam!

Brazil Homework

Students must use the workbook to finish the definitions on page 7 of their packet (the packet has a list of words to know for the Andes Mountain chapter as well as the Brazil chapter). This was started today in class.
